Below is a 3 part project management structure. It is geared towards website development. However, it is a
good template for all services available. Whether it's logo work, photography, or web design, simple or detailed, we will go about it in this format. The only variable will be the amount/length of "sessions" in each step. Sessions are meetings, informal and formal in each phase of the project. These three parts help set a framework, and provide clarity each step of the way.
If you love crossing things off a to-do list, this is totally for you.
So three parts : gather, build, execute.
gather
These beginning sessions set the tone and direction of your project.
We chat about who you are as a person/company, your future goals, and we talk about your ideal customer/goal. We establish timelines, and when necessary sign contracts.
We talk about what you like and don't like about competitor designs, and we gather content and copy/necessary items. We brainstorm what functionality and experience will work best for you/clients.
These sessions lay the foundation for the work ahead.
build
For website design, we get to work both on desktop and mobile platforms. Every step requires great intention, we will need you available for checkpoints.
Although you can absolutely trust Emory to do the heavy lifting, this is a team effort. Team effort-ing typically looks like 1-5 group sessions in person or over facetime / zoom / skype, with additional proofing sessions, all depending on the scope of your project.
For photography, this is actual photo shoot time with people/products on-site.
For branding and logo work, this at computer design time.
execute
These sessions are all about getting you on your way and equipping you to move forward in visual mastery.
For web design, these will give you the tools to manage your site dashboard and make small design changes without being beholden to monthly design fees. For logo work and photography, this is file delivery in private galleries and other necessary means. This can also look like application assistance.
But we hope to be close friends, professional allies, and a reliable resource for your company. All of our clients receive digital assets and one in-person training tutorial on how to implement their new and improved brand. We provide 2-week complimentary support once the project is complete.
